Build Tight Energy Services respects your privacy and only collects the personal information needed to provide our services and respond to enquiries.

We may collect:

• Your name, telephone number and/or email address when you make a booking or request a call back.
• The address of a property where an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment is requested.
• Any information you provide when contacting us about our services.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and fulfil our contract to provide EPC and related energy assessment services.

Where an EPC is completed, information required for the assessment will also be processed in accordance with the requirements of the approved EPC accreditation scheme and the statutory EPC process.

Personal contact and booking information held by Build Tight Energy Services will normally be retained for 12 months and then securely deleted, unless we are required by law, our accreditation scheme or another regulatory requirement to retain particular records for longer.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.

You have rights over your personal information under UK data protection law, including the right to request access to or correction of the information we hold about you.
